Summit Hill Borough The Planning Commission is an advisory board established by the local government to oversee community planning and development.

Its main responsibilities include reviewing andrecommending actions on land use proposals, zoning changes, subdivision plans and development projects to ensure they align with the community’s comprehensive plan and local ordinances.

Members are appointed residents who volunteer to represent the public’s interests in responsible community growth.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the borough hall, as needed.
