The Summit Hill Recreation Commission is putting on a children Halloween Party and a Teen Dance on Saturday, October 20, 2012. The Children Halloween Party is from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. (Summit Hill Residents only) The Teen Dance is from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
