Summit Hill Water Tank Summit Hill water is provided by the Summit Hill Water Authority. The water authority has a board of directors who look over the water quality, water levels and pressures. The Summit Hill Water Authority is located at 40 West Amindon Street, Suite 2 of the borough hall. . The Water Authority's Secretary is Jennilee Kosciolek. The water authority's business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 4:00.
